Sautéed Baby Spinach w/Garlic

The fastest side dish you can make that is super healthy and delicious.


Heat 3-4 TBL. Of Olive Oil in a wok or large skillet. Add mashed or sliced garlic in any amount depending on the amount of spinach you are preparing.


Allow the garlic to get lightly toasted.

Add in all your spinach & toss. Add salt and black pepper then cover for 30 seconds. Toss again adding a pinch more salt and black pepper.


Optional - add a pinch of Chile flakes for a bit of heat.


Serve immediately.
