Healthy Snack

Have you been snacking on a lot of chips lately?


Here is my favorite go to summer snack that I have been making for years - that the kids loved. It is a real winner if you are craving something really crunchy and tiny bit salty.


Sugar Snap Peas w/Black Sesame Seeds:


Easy to make and so delicious.


Pour a bag or two of fresh cleaned raw sugar snap peas into a bowl.


Add 1-2 TBL toasted sesame oil and a small handful of black sesame seeds.


Add a pinch of coarse salt and sit back and ENJOY!
