Thanksgiving Sandwiches

My favorite sandwich of the year. You can make this anytime you have a turkey dinner or when I look forward to them the most - the day after Thanksgiving.
So simple to make.
I like to use a thick store made white bread and cut the slices myself or if I can get a good Italian Tuscan bread by Jessica’s, I will use that.
Lightly toast or not toast the bread. Spread a nice layer of Hellman’s real mayonnaise on both sides. Layer thick slices of turkey, followed by a layer homemade stuffing, then finish with cranberry sauce.
Quick Tip - you can heat on medium low heat the sandwich is a skillet for 2 minutes each side.
Add black pepper as you wish.
