Roasted Garbanzo Beans

This recipe is addicting!
You can add roasted garbanzo beans to salads, soups and baked potaotes.
They make a wonderful snack, but be sure to serve them soon after they come out of the oven.
Set the oven at 400 degrees.
Rinse 1-2 cans of beans and drain well. Lay out on a sheet pan and add any combination of olive oil, black pepper, Cajun spice mix, or turmeric spice mix, garlic powder, onion powder and herbs,
Bake for 12-14 minutes or longer if you want a darker color. Immediately add coarse sea salt while hot.
